Option ONE: If you'e concerned about how a live band will fit into your event plan…and possibly, budget, arrange a consultation call. It's free, and it will help you get the most out of your event. Theres is no charge for this call. If, at the end of the call, we look like a good fit, we'll get your date on the calendar and send a digital agreement. If we are not a fit, we will be glad we helped you move another step closer to a great event!
Option TWO: Complete and submit the information form below. This option is perfect for shy people who don't really want a phone conversation (at least not at this point!). We will reply in the mode you request. We can tell you if we are available for your date, and provided the information is complete, give you a price. Without the free consultation call, you will miss out on the advice on how to best use a live band, but if you're shy…
Option THREE: You're ready to confirm your date. We'll prepare a digital agreement to hold your date pending a 25% deposit. Congratulations! You now have more that event entertainment - you have a partner in your event's success!
Option ONE: To schedule your free consultation call, CLICK HERE to email us. Tell us the preferred DATE and TIME you would like to talk, and the PHONE NUMBER where we can reach you. If you prefer to call us (hey, I don't like to give my number out either!), tell us the date and time you want to call US. We will reply withing 24 hours (usuallly much sooner) confirming the appointment.

Note that a consultation call is preferable so we can help you integrate live music into your event plan advantageously. (This is a great option if you're a little shy!!)
Option THREE: If you have all of the information you need and you're ready to confirm your date with Rhythmic Rewind, CLICK HERE to go to the AGREEMENT INFORMATION FORM. We'll get back to you with a complete digital agreement for your date. Simply return to signed agrement with your 25% deposit, and you will be definite on our calendar.
